Dormy Inn Premium Namba ANNEX Natural Hot Spring

Short walk to main Namba shopping area, and close to a number of train stations.The Unsen and Sauna were great, and the massage chairs were a nice touch - shame some guests wouldn't share..

We loved the hot spring, massage chairs and snacks, and really enjoyed the late night ramen. We appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage there before and after our stay for some extra hands-free exploring time. The hotel is in a great location, accessible to trains and to lively shopping and restaurant areas

My sister and I traveled all around Japan recently, and this was our favorite spot. It was right in the heart of Dotonbori and right near metro and train stations. We bathed in the onsen 2x a day, and it was so relaxing, not to mention the massage chairs and all the complimentary ice cream and nighttime ramen. For the amount of customers they serve, we were shocked at how good the quality was.Laundry was the cheapest we’d found it anywhere else at our lodgings, and it was right in the hotel. Would highly recommend!!!

Top floor, must bring own towel for onsen. There is icecream on the top floor. Also there are two very good massage chairs. Big rooms & clean. They do luggage delivery service, but arrival will be the next day, not same day delivery.

Miscommunication with staff. I expected same day delivery like my previous hotel, but it was not until I asked them the night before checkout that they told me the arrival date of my luggage would be the next day. This caused a problem for me and my in-laws.

The variety of foods at breakfast were great! It was very convenient for a busy planned day to have breakfast at the hotel. I also enjoyed the free ice cream bars they had in the spa area.This was my first time at a hotel that tell you of the spa is crowded or what laundry machines are being used so that made doing laundry very easy plus it's free to wash and only 100 yen to dry so very good deal!Public baths were relaxing. I love how wonderful the soaps smelled and that there was a sauna as well as an outdoor bath.

The ramen while a great midnight snack wasn't the best flavor wise, but it was free so can't really be complain about it.

It was so close to everything. The staff were amazing very helpful and informative in how to get around. Also the transportation of our luggage was so easy the staff took care and understood all our needs. Amazing hotel I would recommend to anyone coming to Osaka.

Loved the onsen which I used twice a day. Perfect after walking all day. Osaka is super crowded right now.....definitely over-tourism. The patience of some staff members reflect their intolerance. The buffet food was cold, no matter what time you went. I found that really annoying taking into account what they charge for it

The room was bigger than some of the hotels here in the US. The bed was comfortable. The property is only maybe 10-13 minute walk to Dotonbori. Complimentary washer use, just pay for the dryer. I did not pay for room cleaning during the stay, but they give you fresh towels every day.

The pillows were hard. I wish they had coffee available 24 hours a day, not referring to the ones available in the room.

The room is big and the location is very good - close to main locations in Osaka.The staff were very nice and helped me with a personal situation with a lot of patient.The free ramen at nights was a really nice addition.

The bed is very stiff and the pillow is very uncomfortable. We asked the reception for better pillows and they gave us with no problem.

I really enjoyed the Onsen experience. It was so relaxing after walking around sightseeing all day. And the massage chairs and complimentary ice cream snacks were a bonus.

The beds were too firm.

Loved hot springs and free treats. Massage chairs were good, however 2 is not enough for hotel this size

Shower in room was least favorite, never been a fan of wet room.

I like the experience of onsen as a first try user and they provide free different flavour of ice stick and ice cream waffles stick. My husband and I will use their massage chair after a long walk.

For me, I think overall is okay. Good stay for me !

Best hotel in Osaka. Rooms are spacious for japanese standards. The facilities are clean and easily accessible. Amazing location. Loved the onsen. I Will definitely recommend it and Will be back.

Great location! Was able to walk to a lot of markets, stores, restaurants, train station, etc. the hotel is connected to a Lawsons with several Family Marts close by. There is a Super Market down the street and taxi stations right outside the hotel. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market is so close with Namba City a 6-8 minute walk.

Location. Location. Location. There is an indoor onsen on site, coined laundry, free ramen at night, free popsicles and ice cream during scheduled hours Ava massage chairs as well.

The location in Dotonbori. The onsen! The evening (chef prepared) ramen! The little extras: A.M. probiotic drinks, P.M. frozen treats, massage chairs, laundry. The onsen!! Fast elevators. Helpful staff. Oh, and the onsen!!!

Dormy exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay.

The location is excellent with so many lovely restaurants nearby. The onsen is also superb and is worth doing every night!

The room was very very small - smaller than we expected based on the room description. We stayed at other Dormy Inns with bigger rooms so just didn't realise the Osaka one was much smaller.

Besides the ideal location, the onsite Laundry and onsen facilities are wonderful for tourists. The upgraded room was rather spacious.

The pillow was rather uncomfortable.
